| 5:23 am | Monday June 27, 2011 7:24AM I haven't decided where to take a vacation to this summer. I know that I am looking forward to one before the season is up. I could certainly do with tropical drinks, no stress and all relaxation for a week or two. Does anyone have any good suggestions? |

| 3:39 am | Sunday September 12, 2010 3:45PM I think I'm a pretty easy going boss. I'm flexible. If something comes up I figure it out for them. Time off, extra shifts. You name it. After all, happy employees are more productive employees. With that being said, I think the rules I do have are not out of control and should be followed. Such as no texting while you are working. Cell phones are supposed to remain in the lockers unless you have a reason to carry them. Such as having a child and needing it for emergencies or a family member is in the hospital, etc. Since the kid is young, I gave him a warning and talked to him. I hope he understood that in the current economy his position could be filled quickly and easily. Some days it sucks to have to be in charge. [Annie] How are your classes? If you are free one night maybe we could have dinner? I'll cook. [/Annie.] |
